Vegan Chia Pudding with Almond Milk & Berries

Description
This vegan chia pudding is one of the easiest and healthiest breakfasts you can make. It’s rich in omega-3s, packed with fiber, and tastes like dessert. You can prep it the night before for a grab-and-go breakfast.
Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup or agave
½ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon
Fresh berries for topping
Optional: shredded coconut or nuts
Instructions
In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving to remove clumps.
Top with berries, coconut, or your favorite nuts.
